COVID-19 UPDATE End of the Season

We at TSE hope you and your families are doing well and staying safe during this unprecedented time.

It is with great regret that we will have to cancel the remainder of the 2020 TSE season. We want you all to know how amazing it was to work with your kids and if there was anything we could do to continue the season, we would try.

We originally pushed our dates to finish back to the end of May and early June, however, Xavier University has closed their building until July, or until further notice. We feel that we all need a plan and an agenda as to how to go about our upcoming summer months, so this decision comes in the best interest of not continuing to reschedule and having to cancel. We also understand that each of you has plans for the summer months and it becomes increasingly more difficult to pick dates that work for everyone. We are thinking of you and your families as we make this incredibly difficult decision.

We had an incredible season this year and are thankful beyond measure for your support. All of you were making a huge sacrifice for your kids to participate. We trust in the time they participated they learned to be a better performer, musician and person.

Tri-State Ensembles runs solely on tuitions and exists solely for the participants. It was started in 2010 with an incredible passion for music education and we have continued to provide high quality education for our members through highly educated staff, professional facilities and masterclass musicians that partner with us to provide a high level educational experience.

We would graciously ask if possible, to either donate the unused portion of the tuition back into TSE or to roll it into participation for the 2021 season, as we would love to have you all back next year. Your support would mean more than we could begin to describe and continue to further the growth and education of TSE. Please check your emails for the unused tuition amount.

If you feel you would like a refund, we will do our best to work that out for you. If you choose this option please be patient and allow some time for this to come to you. We are working as quickly as possible.

Your support is appreciated beyond measure. It breaks our heart to have to cancel the remainder of the season, and we trust you all understand the situation. We are already looking forward to working with the students next year, and with your support, we can offer more masterclass musicians at our sessions next year as well as start a 9th ensemble.
