Jazz Combo
The Jazz Combo is a performing ensemble designed to give students professional “gig” experience!
The Tri-State Jazz Combo, formerly the Tri-State Jazz Ensemble, is a NEW performing ensemble with an emphasis on improving improvisation and jazz style. We also want students to learn what it’s like to be a professional Jazz musician, so we are “booking” this group to play as often as possible. Rehearsing less and performing more is the real-world ideal we would like to simulate! If you love jazz music and performing with advanced musicians, check us out!
